    I recently had to put my sweet mama into a nursing home. This was an extremely traumatic experience for me. I love her so much and I felt very guilty that I was not able to take care of her myself. The staff here immediately made me feel better. I feel like she is in loving and very capable hands. I always go and visit her and there has never been a time I showed up that that I felt she was being treated poorly. I am very thankful that they are such a caring staff. This is never an easy situation but they make me feel like she's being loved and cared for in a way that I could not provide for my sweet mama on my own.

    My dad is down there at Richmond Care Center, all the staff treats me nice when I come into visit and they all know my name which makes it nice. The care my dad receives is excellent. It doesn't stink like a lot of nursing homes I've been in which I really like. It's such a great facility and we are very thankful for the care my dad gets there.

    Great place! My grandpa lived here for 6 months, he always said if he couldn't be at his home then this was the next best place. It has a home-like environment, and the staff treat the residents like family. The facility is well kept and doesn't have the "nursing home smell" like some do. Would recommend to anyone looking for placement of a loved one.

    I have been here 3 different times all for therapy. Its all been good every time! When I decided I couldn't do it anymore at home by myself I called them and they came and got me and brought me here to stay. Couldn't ask for any better care.

    Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center takes fantastic care of one of my loved ones! The team consistently does what they need to do to achieve the best health for my loved one. My loved one's team truly loves my loved one as if he was one of their own family members. I highly recommend Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for rehabilitation and/or extended care!
