    Rossville Healthcare and Rehabilitation is in my opinion top notch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All the tenets always seem to be happy and well taken care of. I am so happy to have my sister Janice Travis admitted here. She seems happy with her care she is provided here.

    I would not recommend this place as a place to work or live. There has been several discrimination cases filed against the administrator and other management staff. For example, 3 African-American employees, in the last month, have been suspended and kicked out of the building for minor issues (which, by the way, all have come back unsubstantiated) and in 1 of those cases, the police have been called FOR NO REASON!! A Caucasian employee was turned in to management for ABUSE and she was NEVER suspended nor kicked out of the building! If this doesn't scream RACISM, I don't know what does! If these Caucasian management staff are harassing and kicking the African-American employees out of the building, WHO THE HELL IS CARING FOR THE POOR RESIDENTS???
