    Family member was at this facility for short term care and had a great and speedy recovery. The best service I got was from the Admissions Coordinator. She was very friendly and helped me and my family with every need and fixed any problem we had. I would recommend this facility to anyone if asked.

    My husband stayed here after his accident and we could have asked for better care for him. The whole staff were awesome with him and each and every one worked hard to get him back on his feet and back to doing his daily activities. Thank you Bradford Heights for a job well done.

    I've been pleased with the service at Bradford Heights since I was a little kid. I've had numerous family members and friends that have been residents here and it's not like any other facility. The staff searches for every need specific to each and every resident, the activities coordinator meakes sure that the residents have fun while they're staying there and over all everyone at Bradford makes the residents feel at home and keeps the family members at ease knowing that they're getting the best care in Hopkinsville and surrounding facilities!

    I have not dealt with every nursing home that Christian County and the surrounding counties had to offer but my experience with Bradford Heights could not have gotten any better. My grandfather was recently living there and every time I went to visit, the staff's manners were over the top pleasurable. These people truly cared for their jobs and treated the elderly their as if they were an actual human being. As if they were one of their loved ones. He was always well groomed and fed. He was looked after well medically and physical therapy was always there to help him. The rooms were of very good size. Although he was in a joint room, he did not have a roommate at the time. However, if he had, they each were provided their own space for personal belongings as well as their own TV. He could not walk but the staff did their job on getting him up and out of bed everyday so that he was able to get out and see other things besides the four walls of that room. Unfortunately, he ended up passing away from circumstances unrelated to type of care received at Bradford Heights. Bradford Heights did a good job at checking his vitals when scheduled to and because of that, they were able to get him to a hospital when they noticed they were low. He passed away a few days after being in the hospital but the staff cared for him enough to call each day and check on his status. When it was time to come pick up his things, they did no know he had passed already and you could see the emotional hurt that swept over them when my grandmother broke the news to them. They consoled her with hugs and condolences. It is never easy sending your loved ones to a nursing home but when the care they need is more than you are able to provide, I highly recommend this nursing home. Money should never be an issue when wanting to provide for your loved one.
