    Although I have only worked with the staff at Bluegrass for a little under two weeks, I can say above all, this is a very resident-centered facility that cares about the well being of each of it's residents. The Administrator and Nursing Director are wonderful and aside from caring for their residents, it is clear they care for their staff, and with good leaders comes a good team which ultimately equals better care for our residents! Kudos to this facility for working very diligently together to better serve those who have once served us!

    Took my dog there, mistakenly thinking it was the veterinary place. Walked in the door and the place smelled like piss and vomit. Jesus, how can anybody leave a loved one at that place? It's an affront to human dignity.
