    My mother was placed in this horrible nursing home for a short period of time, however the experience was bad for mother, and I. The staff are unprofessional, they walk around very loud, with frowns on their faces all day. The entrance door is unsafe for any human to operate. You have to wait until a staff buzz you in, and then the door still doesn't open. The staff have to come and literally bang the entrance door until it opens. I explained to a staff that this is not right and she got attitude with me. I'm personally removing my mother. The nursing home is very dirty, and stinky, this is no place for any human, with nets flying all around, ugh. Never ever walk in this dungeon.

    We only stayed here for a few hours but did have a horrible experience. We arrived with bed sores and the nurse took off bandages and never returned to put them back on and never brought a waffle matress to lay on. I pressed the call button to remind her, the nurse came in, turned it off and walked out of the room, never even asked to help or what we needed. The RN came in to check stats and & felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen, I then realized that she was standing on the oxygen line and had to tell her to get off. It was nothing like Omar the rapping CNA that they have in their video on this page.
