Never again!... My dear father stayed 3 weeks and almost cost him his health. Bedsores, malnourished and lack of care was his personal doctors assessment when he Saw him. All the time we were reassured how great he was doing. Sad these places exist, only to take the cash of elderly family members.

It was a really nice place to go visit and apply! Even though they did not have the shift available that I wanted when I applied they greeted me with such Love & respect and called me back like they said they would and every staff member I talked to was very respectful and very nice and the residents was looking nice neat and clean! Everyone had good attitudes and nice manors :)

Do not trust this place. They are underhanded. They are sneaky. They are liars. They should be investigated. The CEO Burke Stevens Is a joke. She should be cleaning the floors. They do not do business, they do not return emails . they do not return phone calls. They are a joke.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is that my parents got great P.T. from Nicole. She is very knowledgeable and caring. she is very patient with my "grumpy" father. As for the rest of the place ..I honestly believe that they are doing their best to provide care for many people We have to understand the importance of our participation in our loved ones care. Just think if you or had their job.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
