    Had my mother in law in for rehab. The staff where very nice. But the doctor was unfeeling and wouldn't listen about her condition. So i took her out and took her straight to her doctor who put her in the hospital. My recommendation is you got to put a love one in rehab are nursing home check out the doctor frist. The staff can only do so much if the doctor want listen

    I previously worked at New Castle Nursing & Rehab and don't have enough great things to say about the team there. They are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever known. I highly recommend this community for any rehabilitation or long term care needs!

    I am Anna Louise Edmondson, I recently was in New Castle for rehab. It was the best experience I have ever had at a rehab center. The staff from kitchen, housekeeping/laundry to the business office to the nursing staff where awesome. TOP NOTCH!!! I would recommend New Castle Nursing and Rehab to anybody. This is where I will always go for rehab.

    Nursing homes are always tough places to be, and if a person comes in for random 20 minute visits, I can see how people can think that the staff just "leaves people laying there." I spent three days sitting there as my father passed away, and I can assure you that the nurses and staff are always busily working. Thank you to Buffy, and Melinda, Ben, and Alex, and Rob and the others for you kind support, patience, and compassion. God bless you.
