    When my great-grandmother was a resident here, I'm sure I was the bane of many nurses and aids (and the dietary staff!). However, I was unwilling to let their service slip considering how much my family was paying for her to live there each month. If I saw an issue, I caught it and turned it in and made sure it was fixed. NOBODY should be treated wrongly, so this extended to ALL residents, not just my family member. In the end, they had treated her incredibly well. I miss her, and my friends that I made that work(ed) there.

    They neglect basic hygiene such as hand washing/nail trimming , and oral health care. Staff is friendly enough but neglect the basics. A family member there hasn't had her teeth brushed in months and her appliance cleaned. Major build up of calculus on denture teeth due to lack of brushing.

    Knew a group of seniors who went to visit the elderly as part of a senior project around 2010. Everybody was well received and very much enjoyed the trip. The facilities were remarkable and the patients all seemed genuinely happy there.
