I am a travel nurse on contract and believe that this is one of the better facilities I have worked. I have been a travel nurse over three years. The residents are well cared for and the administration even came in tonight to meet/greet me! That is a rarity these days! Thank you, Princeton Health and Rehabilitation!

My brother was admitted primarily for physical and occupational therapy. He was admitted to Princeton Health and Rehab the afternoon of July 20, after a two week stay in Intensive Care. Laura Bard, the Admission Director, made the transition from hospital to the facility very smooth. She was able to answer any questions we had, took care of the paperwork, and insurance for us. I live 3 hours away and my first visit was July 23 and I was surprised to see he had already progressed a bit in a couple of areas in that very short period of time. I visited Sunday, July 29 and was amazed at how far he has progressed. I am thankful for the staff, nurses, and therapists that in barely over a week has helped bring my brother back to us. Whatever you guys are doing - keep it up!

Love this facility. The residents have daily activitiesand on site therapy daily. Free cable and phone service. The staff are committed to the residents and families of the residents. My grandmother was at this facility and they took wonderful care of her and she was able to return back to home after a few weeks of therapy . She also made a new friends while she was there.

Love the atmosphere of Princeton Health and Rehab and the welcoming staff. Residents are happy and enjoy the activities that are available daily. Feels like home when you walk in. The facility is quiet and has a home like setting for your love one.

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes
Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.
