    All nursing homes have issues with staffing. I praise the people whom perform this work and care for our family members. It takes a special person to have the patience and understanding to work with senior citizens whom can no longer care for themselves. My mother has been at 3 nursing homes the past few years and I find Madonna Manor to be the best of the 3. The nurses and aids are polite and seam to genuinely care about their patients.

    My mom was in this facility. She is no more. Nurses are always short handed and took them over an hour to change my mom. When she did get her medicine it was hours late. She ended up in hospital with a bed sore. Had to have two surgeries on it. My mom had ovarian cancer but her death certificate says cause of death bed sore .

    My aunt went there for rehab. The actual rehab therapists were great but most of the staff on the unit were rediculously slow to respond when nurse button was called , food was always cold, nurses were rude and spent way too much time at nurses station. She would end up wetting het pants and it would take 45 minutes for them to clean her. When Benedictines and Franciscans owned it, it was a wonderful place. When CHI took over it's gone downhill. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!

    Went there for rehab after knee surgery. Worst place I ever experienced. I would not recommend this awful facility for ANYONE ! Definitely not for a loved one! If I could, I would rate it 0.

    please do not send your loved ones to live here. they abuse the patients and they neglect them horriably. my husband worked there for a few years and he saw the place is infested with bed bugs, and the nurses think its okay to have sex in the patiesnt rooms when they are sleeping. and my husband saw more than one drug deal go down and when he brough these concerns up with management he was fired.
