The receptionist for the Wound Care is incredibly rude. We approached her to let her know we were here for our appt which she couldn't find (typical, it's not the first or even second time they didn't schedule us correctly) so she gave us a bad attitude for their mistake. Apparently we were disturbing her gossip session and snack break to get up and figure out how to fit us in. The only reason they get one star is how friendly and nice the nurses were once we got to the back.
