Can some of the negative reviews please be less vague and let us know why it's a bad place so something can possibly be done and consequences can happen so that others aren't put thru the same treatment as yours? The only way to stop something like this from happening is to make people aware. If someone did anything to my dad while he was in his home I would be in prison right now. Speak up and let people know about it before someone gets hurt or possibly even passes b4 their time. If you can treat a helpless elderly person with disrespect or harm you need your licence revoked and should find another career. Treat them as you want to be treated

I wouldn't put my ?who urks my nerves in this No ? rating dump ? of a nursing home. I placed my mother in here for (2 1/2) days total . She called me sick as a dog on her cell n said get here now. Some bastard of an employee went in her room opened the door and closed it back when she rang her bell for help. Nobody even called and asked why was she moved or taken out. The floor was never cleaned the whole 2 days I was there. Her ? were broken and nobody even called to get them replaced. Please ????Lock ur love one up SOMEWHERE else NOT CARRINGTON PLACE!!!!!!!!!???????????I go back to get her air freshener I bought it's empty in 2 days. "Really" Michelle Goudeau??n pissed ? off!!!

My grandfather is in Carrington Place, and I can't be happier. The admission process was a breeze, the staff is polite, and the service has been wonderful.

My father was in this home he was well taken care of only because my mother stayed there with him but if you can't find anyway to stay there 24/7 with your loved one i don't recommend you to put them in this home !

If you visit your family member that's in there, and make sure the nurses take care of them it's a good place. It's the best nursing home that takes Medicaid or Medicare. I know all the nurses very well. Some care more than others, and they take very good care of my father.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
