Do NOT subject your family member to this horrible place! Apparently, they don't care about the horrible reviews that they get! Some of the staff at Regency outright lied and refused to help my mom. You would think that people that has chosen to the medical field is there to help. That's not always the case, especially here. And management and administration has blinders on to what their CNA's/staff does at night. My mom has two broken feet and cannot walk. The night staff there refuses to get her a bed pan. Last night, they told her they had to serve everyone their food first before she could pee. Then, she had to pee at 7:45... they never came! So, my mom called us. We went up there and as we got to the room at 9:12, she still was never given a bed pan. As we got to the room, 3 of the night staff, who refused to give us their names (guilty of something?), were standing outside her door having a conversation (instead of tending to her needs). What were they doing? Was this out of spite? So then, as we are going inside the room, they said they were about to help her. We said, don'y worry about it, we got it!!! It's a damn shame that she waited 90 minutes for a bed pan and we had to drive to BR from Pride to do their damn jobs for them! Then, they accused us of harassing them (as we tried to get names) and called the police. The police even said, "I wouldn't keep my loved ones there!" They are extremely rude, don't want to attend to their patients, and the administration there refuses to address any issues. One of the CNA's blatantly told my mom that "I will lie about you if you report me". There is no motivation for much of the staff other than a paycheck and there is no motivation for the powers of this nursing home to investigate their incompetent staff... It's mind boggling!

Do NOT put your loved one here. Incompetent staff, filthy facility and apathetic leadership. The care was so poor it led to a hospital readmit for my Dad. Check their lackluster performance on other websites and find a better facility.

I felt like I put my mother in a dog pound. Most of the staff /aids acted like they were straight out of the hood. Rude and neglectful to the patients. I had experienced an aid yelling at a patent down the hall from my mom. After confronting her she came into my mother's room yelling at me calling me a liar. I have it all on tape. . Very unprofessional. If you love your family do not bring them to this place.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
