I used to work here and I just highly don't recommend the place. You can tell most staff is just there for their job and go home. I've seen residents mistreated with nothing being done about it. Do not send your family member here

My mom was here since April. She was in the memory care unit. She passed away July 31st. But the staff, nurses, aides, doctors, etc. were wonderful and took such great care of her. Those few months were her best. I will never forget the people here and how caring they were to my mom! The building is older, but kept very clean!!!!

Beware!!!! This place needs to be shut down. The care and service is horrible. Patients don't get cleaned in a timely manner. A patient had ants in her bed. Called for maintenance nobody came. The workers are from the hood. No respect what so ever. I will be calling for the health board to be pay them a visit. Don't put your family here. You will regret it. They deserve better care then what you'll receive here.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
