I went in to have a mammogram done about 4 weeks ago. The lady that did the test told me I'd get the results in the mail in a week and a half, well its been 4 weeks no results. I called the hospital. I got transferred 3 times. Then I spoke with Donna in the imaging department on the speaker. She never picked up the phone. Very unprofessional. Still waiting on those results.

Sat in Er for 5 he's while they waited for someone to come read the MRI. Its really so aggravating that the so called labs take 5 he's such a lie. Labs don't Lazy ads nurses and doctors do. All these nurses do is chat and play with there phone. Its ridiculous that in the time I was here saw 1 doctor and the nurse who checked me in and after 5 he's had to remind them I'm still here

1/5 - Emergency room staff - super rude 2/5 - Facility - broken furniture in every room I've been in. My wife's shower didn't work. Old equipment. 3/5 - Regular staff - some of the nurses and doctors are great, but some are poor. Overall, I'd come here again because it is so close to home, but if I had another choice, I'd take it.

Emergency room staff are rude. Rooms are ok, but they need repair/upgrades. Staff are nice, but there were a few I didn't feel confident about.

Truly despicable hospital. They lack in services. For them to say we can't help cost ME (with military health care) $2000, with all the new medical hidden fees being added months after the fact. The use of Arcadia Ambulance and their outrageous charges for services never rendered. Almost better to drive yourself somewhere else then see these useless paracites.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
