    Very bad experience there. Lost my loved one's possessions and couldn't offer an explanation where they went. Nursing staff would be very rude, condescending and unprofessional at times. Wouldn't suggest anyone having a loved one here. Needs dire improvements in staffing and leadership.

    One star is overrated...Very bad experience with my mother in their nursing home. Very unprofessional.Some nurse were Careless Ruthless Rude and no bedside manner.One example: housekeeping said nursing staff said just throw away her belongings..which were gifts from great grandchildren..they were thrown in a box and broken..for we were transferring her too another nursing home My father is a kind man couldn't believe this treatment from this establishment. I would recommend anyone thinking of putting a loved one in this home..Run! Thanks, Karen Johnson Marion
