    Zero stars! One star is too generous. I have never had such a horrible experience and I am in the healthcare industry. No one knows anything. No one cares to find out. They needed 4 days to process a discharge? Ridiculous!

    The staff at this facility deserve 0 stars! My grandfather's serious medical condition and pain has been completely IGNORED by Dr. Urman and nursing staff. Dr. Urman, who is the physician at the nursing home, has continuously ignored my family's phone calls and requests to help my grandfather. We have never seen such blatant disrespect to a patient and his family in any other hospital or nursing facility. No other staff member in the nursing home knows anything or is willing or able to help. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone!
