    So disappointed with the choice we went with here.....having to call in to talk with your family while in this place ...not one person answers phone all morning long from 7:00 - 1130 good luck reaching anyone other than reception if your even lucky .....we even bought our family member a cell phone... It can't reach it across room ughhhhhh and when important appointments are made they don't do thier bestvto keep family updated on things like operations thatvwe asked about dates for weeks, instead family is notified an hour before surgery starts ,REALLY HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I addressed administrator about issues with my mom he hung up on me....who hired such a TOOL?
