I have nothing but awful awful things to say about this nursing home, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. They were awful and rude to my grandmother the staff was lazy and didn't want to take responsibility for anything that they did, we complained and complained and they didn't care they finally had to call the ambulance to take my grandmother out because they couldn't handle her anymore not because nothing was wrong with her, they were just too lazy to take care of her and they asked her not to come back because the family was too involved. I was so disappointed because I had heard so many good things about this place but I would never ever send anybody I know there.... my grandmother was in the memory unit and every time I would go visit her which was every day I would see her sitting there with Legos in front of her, and I would ask the nurse has a question about her sugar levels or what was happening that day and I would get an attitude because they didn't want to deal with it, they didn't want to take care of people they just want to babysit, I could go on and on for hours it was awful

Assisted Living facility we found was not what was explained to us. The staff was good as far as the cna's but upper management and the executive director were basically useless. This was not what we were sold and ended up taking our loved one out of this facility. Stay far, far away from this place as they treat their staff terrible and the memory impaired units is run by a young women who doesn't want to be bothered. Lot's of turnover in staff is what eventually opened our eye's to the understaffed and dangerous conditions!

We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
