Cleanest and friendliest staff in the area! My grandparents have been in and out of nursing homes and came across this one after an endless search of finding a good one. We surely felt at ease leaving our grandparents here. The staff are all a caring bunch:)

One of the nicest buildings I've been in. No bad smells, friendly employees and they really cared about getting me well again after my knee surgery. You definitely won't feel like you're just another patient. The administrator actually stopped by my room and asked if my needs were being met. He sincerely cared!

I was recommended this nursing home by a friend. I hated the fact my father was going to be admitted to a nursing home, what with all the stigma. But I can honestly say the staff was incredibly friendly and helped my dad in whatever way they could. He's home now in great shape!

My aunt stayed here after fracturing her hip. We've stayed in multiple nursing homes-none had compared to this facility within the area. I wish we had gone here first. The places we've been at before, CNAs were almost impossible to find and you could forget about trying to get nurses up from their chairs. That wasnt a problem here. CNAs and nurses were incredibly caring and gave her all the attention she needed. Great clean building and caring staff. Don't make the mistake I made. Bring your loved ones here.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
