    Very clean facility. Staff is friendly and obviously care about the residents there. The administrator is especially friendly and professional. Eliot Center hosts a lot of wonderful community events. They had a wonderful Veterans Day pinning ceremony this year. They have superb monthly breakfasts and more. This place never fails to impress me. This place is better than a lot of nursing homes out there in many ways.

    Do not bring your family members here! We were transitioning my parent from the hospital to Eliot for a short term rehab and as soon as we walked in there wasnt a staff member to be found. Additionally, once we found staff members they were rude, no bedside manner and just gave my whole family the overall feeling that this isnt a place you want to leave your family member to be cared for. I strongly suggested looking at other facility before choosing Eliot!

    There are so many things wrongs, as soon as you come in there is never anyone at the front desk. There is no dietary meal plan at this rehab. Sheets and towels had holes and stains. There is a issue with flys everwhere. Gloves were not used more than half the time when given needles.

    Eliot is a home away from home. A home with a wonderful team of mindful care givers adept at providing assistance to residents in activities of daily living. There we related without boundaries; displaying matchless sense of humor. I miss you guys so much.
