    This place is the worst place ever. I removed my mother and took her home. The day she arrived she had multiple huge deep bed sores. On her back, buttock, elbow and shoulder. They never let me know about these sores. The day I got her home I saw all these sores and called. They played the, oh I didn't know, I will look into it. Mean while my mom has passed and it has been over a year without any answers. If I could I would give a zero.

    All i have to say is i wouldnt send My worst enemy to this place. They dont take proper care of their patients right. And they dont clean their patients that good either. Like i said i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place..

    Unacceptable care, staff is rude and unprofessional, I don't know where this place ever got a license from but it sb closed and all staff should be removed from the medical field. I hope someday the staff is put in a place just like this and receive the same treatment. As far as Im concerned I wouldnt recommend this place or its staff to an enemy never mind a loved one. If you dont like your job quit, but neglecting patience is not acceptable. Grateful none of my loved ones are in this dumb anymore. If your loved ones are placed here, go everyday, twice a day because they are not taking care of them. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Even Bristol Elders arent taking the complaints seriously. Its sad that place like this are getting paid to do a job, but know one does it and the patience suffer with no consequences to the staff.

    My mother's bedroom looks like it hasn't been swept and mopped in years her roommate have boxes in between the bed so I'm glad my mom is not there no more
