Highly recommend South Shore Rehab. My grandfather-in-law is a resident here and receives high quality care. It's great knowing that he is well taken care of everyday. I'm so grateful for all the staff at south shore rehab!

My experience at the South Shore Rehab.i found that that the staff was friendly and caring. I could talk to them about anything that concerns Marcus they understood and would take the time and explain to me what was go on. They kept me updated with any changes when it came to Marcus medicine's.

One of the worst rehabs!!! Most of the staff are rude, not helpful and don't care!! Staff eating patients food!! The heat is up way to high, was so sick. The food is awful!! Will never go to another rehab as long as I live because of this awful place.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
