My family could not have picked a better place for my sister Doris. The staff is wonderful and my sister was very content there. I could not thank these people enough. I would recommend them 10 times over. We will certainly miss seeing the people who cared for her daily. You are the most wonderful and caring people.Again thank you all so much.

Wonderful family owned & run health care nursing home. The staff provided physical, occupational and Nursing care to many members of my own family. I was impressed by the communications and updates I received on care planning meetings and telephone calls from Dr. Poor when my father had a change in his medical care. The Nursing staff were compassionate & knowledgeable in providing quality care that allowed me to sleep at night. Thank You

I cannot say enough about this wonderful facility thats become a safe, rehabilitating, caring home for my brother John. Everyone here has made the difficult circumstances that led him here a blessing for us both. His care is extraordinary and the entire staff has been beyond excellent, more kind and compassionate and caring than i could have hope for him. I am thankful to have found such a place to care for my dear brother and We are grateful.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
