    I volunteer at Future Care, and wanted to give accolades to staff on the 2nd and 3rd floors. They are always kind and helpful. The ladies I visit require some extra attention, and the staff is always quick to help. As frustrating as the situations can be for both nurse and patient, I have yet to see a staff member lose her/his cool. The patients comment on how much they enjoy the staff as well.

    My best friend was admitted here, after being transferred from a hospital. She had major back surgery. She has been there over 5 hours and has asked for her pain meds multiple times since admission. As of this writing, at 10:20PM she is STILL waiting for her medications! She's been told they are "sorting them out." SERIOUSLY? How can you be successful after such a surgery when you cannot move due to pain???
