    I am not sure how it happened, my paralytic mother's legs were somehow broken. What bothers me the most is that I only discovered this when she had passed. Having my mother's power-of-attorney, I should have been informed... It was very disturbing. Although I understand that her limbs were increasingly frail, the notion that nobody cared enough to tell me, blows my mind. Aside from that and a few other minor incidents, the services provided were fine, some staff members were wonderful, while others performed their tasks in a lackluster manner.

    I was at Keswick for three weeks following heart surgery. The staff is attentive and caring, and the facility is clean and easy to get around in. PT and OT were great. I'm up and about and independent because of my time at Keswick. I can't thank them enough.

    If you're thinking about this nursing home for a loved one, think again! The care is non existent, the staff are too busy talking to each other than paying attention to their patients. Your loved one will end up in a worse condition than they came in with. Keswick doesn't care about their patients or their employees. They get rid of good employees who actually do care about patients, and constantly bring in new ones so they can pay less money. That's all they care about, money. This place is a joke, if I could give negative stars, I would. Shame on you for calling yourself a care center!
