    My brother is here and I wish I could move him. I gave two stars only to be nice. Bell has not worked in over ten days and they take a very long time to open the door. His bed broke and it took many days to change it. He developed a bed sore. The food is not prepared according to the patients diets. And taste terrible. Can not reach anyone reliable. Staff is overwhelmed with work. When this place first opened it was nice, I think it changed hands and service and quality of care has deteriorated since then. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't mind being contacted because of these complaints.

    As a nurse, I have never left an interview without actually partaking in the interview. From the time I arrived I was given the run around. When it was finally time to meet with the DON she did not acknowledge me. I waited outside of her glass door quite a while and still no acknowledgement. The lack of professionalism I experienced today I can just imagine how it would be as an employee. I gave one star because during my run around the staff was pleasant in directing me.

    Horrible facility .toilets not working. Tvs not working and the staffs response is horrible. Do not...i repeat DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

    Nothing but neglect and non responsiveness. My mother has been to this rehab twice and this second time since the place is under new management it has gone all the way down hill. If your family member is in need of a rehabilitation facility THIS IS NOT IT!!
