    This place needs new management or to close down! How do you misplace a 32 yo quadraplegic TWICE! He can't walk out on his own. So basically anyone can come take a resident out of there and they don't ask any questions. Smh My brother could be dead in there and we wouldn't know until the next time my mom or sister visits. Then they always playing dumb so probably not. They'd probably think that he's just in a hospital. Despicable!!!!!

    I used to work here and they would have me put trash can lids in the dishwasher we used for the residents dishes. Staff having sex in the empty rooms while residents need to go to the bathroom. Staff members coming into work drunk. It's a horrible place to work. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. it should be shut down asap

    This place is literally hell on earth. My mother would have lived longer and happier if she never heard the words Envoy of Pikesville. I would not send my worst enemies dog to this facility. Needs to be shut down.

    This is the WORST place in the world. My mother received poor care. This is supposed to be a rehabilitation facility. They have all kinds of patients in the"Rehabilitation Unit." Several times patients with other medical issues would burst into my moms' room scaring her and of course there was never a nurse or anyone around to get them out. They would run down the halls yelling "I'm going to kill you" They would go in other patients rooms and take things. How can you get better constantly worrying about the other patients doing something to you and how can you get better if they don't have the things you need to do so. No ice packs and heat packs for the swelling and the pain you feel after a monstrous physical therapy on a person with severe arthritis pain. Then they tell you to bring an ice pack from home but nobody wants to put it in the freezer for you. You have to go out in the hall and yell for a nurse to get pain meds because when you ring for the nurse, they NEVER come. You have to beg for a shower, they feed everyone the same nasty food which was always cold. They didn't have a bedside commode, had to bring that from home for my mom. They never put her appointment in the book for transportation so the driver had to squeeze us in and she had to go to her appointment almost 2 hours ahead and sitting that long, she was in severe pain. Every time a different nurse was on duty, they would interpret the doctors' orders differently and not give my mom her medicine correctly which left her in terrible pain. I could go on and on. DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS PLACE.....EVER. To be fair, there were a few people there, the daytime nurse(she's getting married soon) and a few technicians ( one has 5 handsome sons and one named Ms. Jackie), who were extremely kind to my mom. I'm sorry I can't remember all of their names. This place is in it for the money! Do yourself and family members a favor....STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE... Oh and by the way, they released my mom all of a sudden yesterday. I guess they got tired of me asking them to do what my mom's insurance was paying for!!!!! Good Luck new director and "THANKS FOR THE CALL YOU NEVER MADE TO ME TO TALK ABOUT MY CONCERNS"

    Ceiling fell through on my father's bed and his belongings after roof was leaking for weeks all over the building. Place is falling apart and have had lots of turnover in administration.
