    My mother was a resident for 4 years and 9 months. The nursing care was exceptionally good, professional, attentive, responsive, personal. No or little turnover in staff. On several occasions the registered nurse did a brief evaluation and knew my mother was suffering from a bladder infection; my mother was not able to provide any verbal information. Everyone who came in contact with my mother, from Director of Nursing, R.N.'s, nursing assistants, to housekeeping personnel, all were kind and professional. There was a loving community of staff, residents and residents' families- amazing!
