    This facility is absolutely amazing! The time and care they provide for patients and families is truly exceptional! I was particularly impressed with the care and commitment demonstrated by the staff specifically one staff, i believe she is the social services director. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. I would very much recommend this facility to anyone looking for top-notch care and good quality service!

    We have been very pleased with the care my father received during two stays at Arcola. The staff is friendly, responsive and professional and there is a positive attitude throughout the facility. My dad's condition improved with each stay and he was warmly welcomed back. The admin and business office goes out of their way to work with families.

    My whole family was very pleased with the care my father received here during both a long and a short stay. Staff was responsive, friendly and respectful. The physical and occupational therapy he received here was very effective and greatly improved his condition.

    My Grandmother was at this facility for short term rehabilitation, they took outstanding care of her during her stint, the healthcare professionals there are very knowledgeable and they way in which they communicated to us was great. My grandmother felt like this was a first rate facility. Their leadership in the building was amazing.
