    Before going into Fairland for an interview I actually did a family tour. During the tour I learned that the staff there truly enjoyed what they do and worked well together. The CED was new to the center but she took the time to give me a tour.

    Fairland center is a warm, personable and inviting place to work; bursting with growth opportunities. Its center staff are dedicated to not solely provide a safe environment for its residents, but likewise, make the lasting days of the residents and patients their best days. The center prides itself for its intense interdisciplinary teamwork appoach to everything they do, thus shown in positive patient outcomes. This center is a great place to be.     I am employed at Genesis Fairland and it is a wonderful place to work. The nursing staff is compassionate and caring. Our respiratory team is top notch. The respiratory manager is a 15+ year employee with our center and started the 20 bed vent unit 15 years ago. The rehab department is motivating and supportive. We would like you to visit our facility and meet our team.
