    I went there to visit a neighbor of mine who was taken there about a couple of weeks ago. Even thought the place was very nice when entering, the room he was staying in had a broken lamp shade. They had not taken his tray from the afternoon lunch I imagined it was still on the bed. The bed sheets had not been changed. and when I ask the nurses to change them apparently housekeeping had washed them,but they looked like they were washed with other colored items because there were black stains on them and one sheet was torn or ripped. the blanket had a stain on it as well, But we found a non-torn/stained sheet for the bed and new clean blanket .The floor was sticky from a spill apparently and they had not cleaned because my shoes were sticking to the floor. I did speak with his social worker and informed him of this. He said it would be taken care of. I ask my neighbor when he needed help to please ask them. I imagine when you are used to doing thing yourself and independent it's hard to ask for help. But hopefully he will and I hope and pray that his nurses will be more mindful and I realize there are other patients there as well God forbid I or anyone in my family members would be in a situation like that, but if it did I would want proper to be given.

    After a major operation I was admitted to Woodside Nursing Home for my recovery. I was very well taken care of by a skillful staff. I found this facility to be very well staffed with personal in all departments. I have been placed in many nursing homes but found Woodside to be the the clean, warm and best nursing home I have experienced! Thanks for the best short term care that I needed at that time. . . The right choice for anyone and all!
