    Moved.my family member in on Monday. She has been treated great! The staff there could not be better! Place is spotless. I want to thank all that have helped me with this stressful situation. Reggie you are the best! Thank you for all you do. Nursing staff and aids have been fabulous. Meals seem to be very good . I haven't heard one complaint. This staff definitely needs to be paid well for the work they do. Thank you all for your help.

    My mother was very well taken care of. Everyone on staff new her by name. All staff would say hello or ask her how she was doing whenever she was out for her walks.

    So thankful for the staff and facility of Lenawee Medical. Our mom was given wonderful care. All of her needs (and ours) were met. She was treated as an individual and we were able to enjoy going outside in the summer and have nice, well kept grounds to enjoy. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in if they wish.

    Residents are very well taken care of and treated like family. The aids in the other hand are treated like garbage by management and are still waiting on a raise they were suppose to receive in January while management received a 3% raise January first. They are also forced to work many 12 and 16 hour shifts a week and expected to return to work the next morning on 4 hours of sleep with no concern from management.

    Residents treated great but employees treated like a pile.of garbage! What kind of place mandates people minutes before the end of their shift! Let alone doing it on holiday weekends! Most people have plans made to a schedule and this place has no care about it's employees and their own personal lives. What a damn joke
