    My father was at this facility for rehab following open heart surgery. The therapy department is excellent and helped along his recovery so that he was able to return home alone. He loved the food and the dietary staff that helped him with a diabetic and heart healthy food plan to carry on at home. I also have had two grandmothers at this facility, one for rehab and one going onto hospice. Heartland hospice was wonderful and made sure my grandmother was comfortable. Any issues we had, which were minor, were immediately addressed and taken care of. I will continue to send my family here for recovery and would highly recommend to others.

    I have had a number of family members stay at this facility over the course of many years. My uncle, aunt, grandmother and most recently my dad. The staff was wonderful and very compassionate. My loved ones received quality care and were treated with kindness and respect. My dad received the rehab necessary to get him back on his feet and home to his family.     My husband was at this facility following a stroke. The speech therapy was a key factor to his recovery, they were very knowledgeable in using different techniques to improve his swallowing. PT and OT were very good also. Management was very supportive and helpful with any questions we had. 5 stars!

    My grandmother stayed at this facility while she was working on healing from her joint replacement. The nursing staff were very friendly and kind to her and my whole family. Everyone at the facility were willing to help out and do what they could to give her a positive experience. I am extremely impressed and happy with the care my grandmother received. She tells everyone of her positive experience she had and recommends Heartland to everyone looking into rehab.

    My grandfather passed away at heartland Allen park, the staff were so kind and caring to him, and my grandma. He was given excellent care while he was there and passed away peacefully. We were all able to gather at his bedside and say our goodbyes and we are grateful to the staff there.
