    My mom is there for a little bit they are very sweet to her how ever it dose small like pee some time s but other than that it's a good nurse home

    First, this place might scare you, because it does not smell right, because it's crowded, and when you walk along the corridors, through the open doors you see so many people suffering. It would help if they had a larger building, and could have a bigger personnel per tenants ratio. But people who work there are priceless. They kind, hardworking, cheerful, endlessly patient, optimistic, and sympathetic. I've seen so many times them dealing with very difficult patients in the way the best children would deal with their own parents. They know everyone by the name, they know their relatives, they talk with everyone, even with those with a memory or/and speech problems, with respect and understanding that we all can only hope for in our daily life! This is the "regular" stuff: people that I've been meeting with during my visits. I'd say the administration is rather a problem. For once, they never answer the phone, never return the calls. Also, they seem to be rotating quite often. In four months, while trying to apply for Medicaid for my Dad, I've dealt with three different financial managers, starting the process anew with each new person! Social worker? Never met her, never was lucky to hear from her even though I've left, perhaps, a dozen of phone messages for her. So, summing up, I wish they had a bigger building, more stuff and better administration, - then I would not look for a better place for my Dad.

    My aunt died here February 2016, they are still sending her a bill, but will not specify what and when it is for. And despite repeated requests both written and verbal for more information the Corp. just sends bills monthly. While she was there, her room was always too hot and the TV did not work, and this for a hospice patient who could not move voluntarily. Also the parking lot is too small, no room for family and visitors.

    The staff at Cambridge south are completely incompetent and unprofessional. If there was a negative rating system I would give them a -5 stars. My mother status has completely deteriorated since becoming a resident at this facility. The nurse administrator is completely clueless and constantly uses the excuse that she "is new" in an attempt to explain her inadequacies. The physician does not even examine patients fully but then writes a full medical examination documenting things he never checked. Although they claim to have 24 hour care after 6 pm there is virtually no one available to assist the patients. This place should be closed down. PERIOD!

    Absolutely the worst places ever with the worst staff service, they don't show up to the rooms unless u go looking for them, they 2 nudes covering 30 rooms, my dad been here for 8 hours and already fell off of the bed twice and they still didn't do anything for his safety, I will get him out of here by tomorrow. I don't recommend anyone to come here.
