    I have worked this facility for 14+ yrs. The staff is very supportive of the residents as well as other staff. It like one big family there.

    I have visited many post acute facilities and Medilodge of Clare is one of my favorites. They have a clean and beautiful facility, with amazing outdoor views (near the rail trail and wild life pond). Their skilled medical professionals are sincere about the delivery of quality care. Most importantly, the staff are compassionate, neighborly, and very helpful - you won't ever feel like a bother! I am VERY impressed!

    I work in a dr office and this place only sent a transporter with the patient. She had no paperwork done and brought nothing! I gave her paperwork for patient to fill out and she was very irritated. A company should never send patients without a nurse or cna who KNOWS the patient history and brings med lists ect!!! This transporter also tried getting info on another person who lives at the facility. She was informed it was a hipaa violation. I just wish these nursing homes would start sending competent humans who know the patients and actually interact with them which she did not!!!
