    This place is absolutely horrible. My mother went here as a request from her doctor and shortly after passed away under their care. She had an accident so they say and fell on the floor. One of my siblings went to retrieve her belongings, they stole 3 of her brand new outfits & encouraged him to make a claim so they can steal that too. I urge everyone please do not send you love ones here!!! If I could do it all over again I would have never listened to her doctor, this is a horrible place. Don't do it!!!

    My mom was transferred here from a different nursing home this week. This is the absolute worst facility I have been to in my life. The staff is careless, nurses were fighting in the lobby the first day she was there. They were not feeding my mom or giving her medicine on time. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I would not send my worse enemy to this place. Her nurse was mean to her and to me, they were yelling at the patients also. And they lost my mom's personal belongings. Please don't take your family member to Alpha Manor. So they lied and said all of my mom's belongings were sent with her when she was transferred to the Hospital and told me to call ambulance company. They gave me the wrong EMS company so when I finally tracked down the right one they tell me nothing was sent with her. Her things were still at Alpha Manor in the closet. Her coat, clothes, shoes everything... They sent her out with nothing but a hospital gown on in the dead of winter. I absolutely hate this place and how they treat the patients and their families.
