    My son was moved from the bay of Elmwood, to the bay of Woodward. The lie was they had more staffing. Well that the furthest from the truth. As of today at 6:45 pm there is no nurse on the 3rd floor, His medicine is do and there's no one here to give it to him. There are a few good nurses here but they few and far in between. If my son doesn't get his medicine on time he'll go through his dystonia episodes. And when some of the nurses are asked about giving him his medicine on time The give you attitude. Totally unacceptable. There's got be a better way.

    9/29/18-place is even worse than it had been. Spent close to 15 minutes ringing the bell to access the building. Finally got in and questioned the guy who opened the door. No one was at the desk, and of course, no one works at the front door. My relative says that they are now required to make their own beds, which defeats the purpose of the so called people that half way works here. Wish there was a way to give no stars. Staff is horrible. No people skills, very snappy. Place looks like is its falling apart.

    Terrible place, I suggest you never send someone you care about there. The DON is very unprofessional, mean spirited, loud and don't care about the residents. The staff are all connected in some kind of way, so everything is covered up. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It's dirty, the staff isn't friendly and the hppa law is not implemented at all. It's a shame... just a darn shame.The CNA's are overworked, which makes the morale there poor. I suggest they get a new DON to make a change.
