    The facility is very understaffed to the point where residents are occasionally neglected. My father was of sound mind, but was no longer able to stand on his own or walk because of cancer. He was once left alone on the commode for an hour, asked three times. Two days later, he was left in his wheelchair for several hours. Again, he asked for help to go in bed because of pain. Both times, he was in tears. My father never did that before. The list goes on. I would never recommend that facility.

    If I could put an even lower rating I would have. This place was the worst place I have ever been to. My aunt stayed here for a short while until she died from complications. The staff was abusive towards her mentally and physically. The staff dropped her from a lift and never reported it even though she was crying in pain after having surgery in her back and adding to her injuries giving her a fracture in her back. This place should be shut done.
