    My dad has been in Fostrian twice, once for rehab after heart valve surgery and this last time for acute care/palliative/hospice care. The staff was very caring with my dad. The staff was very compassionate with our needs. When my father passed, the Palliative care employee (I wish I could remember her name) knew exactly how to help my mom through this difficult heart breaking situation.

    My step-mom in law was taken to Fostrian after a stroke. She has dementia now as a result of that stroke. The staff at Fostrian was phenomenal at taking care of her. They always made sure she was clean and groomed the way she likes. They went above and beyond what was expected many times during her short time there.

    I broke my leg and had no idea what I was going to do, thankfully heartland healthcare was there to take me and help me heal and get the exercise that I need to be able to get up and walk again. The people there are very friendly always willing to help you out. I give it five stars, you can't go wrong as far as I'm concerned by going to heartland.

    My family's experience was all from a mix up between drs. The staff came together and fixed all the issues very quick. The staff made sure Mom's needs are taken care of. Prayers for quick recovery ........... Thanks Fostrian staff.The people are slow getting to patient that needs help getting to bathroom. Their records are screwed up, staff don't wear gloves even when they touch your food. Not very clean or compassionate

    Everyone there were so helpful and understanding. If I had a question they answered it or found the answer. If I wanted different food for my husband they got. The therapist, all of them were so caring and encouraging.
