    I spent nearly 50 days here in rehab for a broken hip. My experience was overall quite positive. Nursing staff were very helpful and caring. They interacted in positive ways with a wide range of patient abilities, both physical and emotional. The administration was open to questions and concerns and acted in a timely manner to resolve them. The rehabilitation department was key to the speed and scope of my recovery. They interacted with both me and my peers with a great deal of encouragement and motivation. While the quality of the food service was adequate, some minor improvements could be made. Publication of a menu with a term longer than daily would be a simple step to raise satisfaction with the residents. I was surprised that no intake interviews were conducted by any discipline, but was really noticeable with the dietary department. Learning resident personal preferences and explaining the reasons and details of special diets would provide a more rewarding dining experience.

    The building is very clean and I always get answers to my questions. I am only here for a short stay and would return if my condition changes. They do a good job with my laundry and keep my room looking good. I really enjoy all the staff!

    This place helps keep me engaged mentally and physically. I don't run out of things to do. Staff is really friendly and treat me very well. I cant think of one person that I don't truly appreciate.

    I have been a resident for over three years and they helped me get my dentures it has been over 10 years since I have been able to smile with confidence and it feels good to be able to do that. They also assist me with transportation when I need to go shopping without me even having to ask and I really appreciate that!

    I was in this place post coma. They worked with me on my mind and body. As we worked together to get these things up to speed, we nailed our goals time and time again. The other comments seem to hard. It's a nursing home, some of these people have catheters, things to urinate next to the bed.Many just can't control themselves. The gentleman who screams, has no other ability to get their attention, he cannot use the button.
