My mother has dementia so needs around the clock monitoring and care. The staff here have been wonderful and caring. Even though my mother asks to go home all the time so she can be with her family she often tells me how nice the staff are to her. I appreciate that the staff help her through the difficult times when she is confused and keep me updated on her care. While my heart breaks that she has to be in a facility, I am comforted to know she is being well cared for.

This place absolutely disgusts me. My grandmother is there and they "locked" her wallet up and cannot get it until early in the morning when the office is open. So they don't have access to their own belongings until they deem necessary. If there was a way to give zero stars I absolutely would. 0/10 do not recommen .

This was my first job after getting my CNA license! I chose this facility to work at and would choose it over and over again! I am proud of how far we have come, including our new management company, who is helping us expand and grow!!! Here, we are like a little family. Our residents are our number one goal and it shows!

The care my mom was given in her last days was above and beyond. The staff was very compassionate and caring and they were there when hospice wasnt. Not the prettiest facility but the nurses truly care.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
