If I could rate lower I would. My grandfather is in this facility currently and we have had nothing but a terrible experience from the CNAs and other staff. They are rude, have not bathed him or changed his clothes near as often as necessary, they have made various mistakes in the time he's been there and I'm really questioning how much longer we will be having him here.

Mother is being allowed to drink alcohol and smoke dope on premises. When those are two of the reasons she is in the state she is in. Diebetic people are not supposed to drink nor are pancreatitis patients. She does not have a medical marijuana card.

My wife had double knee replacement surgery in December and spent 20 days at Wellbridge in Brighton. Facility looks great inside and out but they were, sorry to say, short of staff. My wife was basically ignored by nursing personnel. she needed help getting up to the bathroom and the response time to the call button was too late and not just once. spoke to supervisor and was told the situation would be corrected, it was not.Very humiliating experience.Physical therapy staff were excellent, though. This center may not be the best place for post operative care requiring close supervision. Adequate staffing would solve most of our complaints. Sorry Wellbridge, you don't rate 5 stars from our point of view

A great rehabilitation facility. Very homey with single rooms and lots of attention to getting well.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
