You are substandard and have zero skills ! Administration contacted several times with no return phone calls when I expressed my concerns. Your dietician Derrick did nothing to keep food off my husbands tray that did NOT fit diabetic like your chocolate ice cream and lemon aid. You continued to bring any food you wanted when blood sugar # was 254. You called my home and told me my husband was deceased !!!!! 20 minutes before calling back to say he's still being worked on and on way to ST Mary's . You are the most unprofessional, unskilled, and rude staff I've ever come across in my life ! And STILL no apologies. zero ! Don't send anyone here, ever ! Oh and the list of these services you have is a joke ! Your doctors take phone orders only and show up whenever they feel like getting around to it. Filed complaint with state of Michigan. Good Luck all of you

My mother was here in Sept 2019 I was told they had hospice care she pass ed the same day after being put there no medication for at least 5 hrs she died being miserable . Nurses said they had to get approval from the doctor .I did not know about the bad review s until later. I grieve every day about putting her here While waiting in her room I heard one of the aides say she was having a m.f. bad day to one of the nurses .I wanted to take my mother back home and I should have the nurses at the front desk were mean and rude especially the night nurse I tried calling admin. They never returned my call. Please don't take family member here they should have a 0 rating

Uneducated staff, Doesn't even look at patients charts when you call to ask questions. Couldn't even pronounce my name correctly. Didn't bathe my father once during his 3 week stay. Kept him in a diaper even though with a walker he can use the restroom. I have never met such unprofessional people in my life. My father asked for simple things and instead of the person who was in his room and unqualified to do it telling him she'll go get some one who could she just said no and walked out of his room. Unfortunately due to circumstances this is where i had to place my father but i would never recommend this place to anyone ever. They need to come in and clean house of the staff all the way down to the front desk.

I was at this facility in September of 2018 and I can't express the wonderful care that I received. I was thrilled that I had such a large room and bathroom area-that was kept clean by the housekeeping staff. Everyone from the doctors, nursing staff and therapy provided me with such great care. All of the aids that assisted me each day were always very kind to me. They were so helpful to me when I pressed the call button. A lot of the aides knew I liked ice and I was surprised during the shift when the aide would bring me a glass of ice without me asking for it. It always meant a great deal to me. The therapy department was so kind and patient with me. They helped me get my strength back and showed me some exercise that I could do at home. I was very impressed how all the therapists greeted each and every patient by name when they entered the gym. This facility gets a job well done in my book! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who need therapy.

I wish I had read the reviews on this place BEFORE placing my family there. They are horrible. They claim they are skilled nursing, but there are NO REGISTERED NURSES there. They advertise Registered Nurses and Doctors on staff. Not true. The staff has NASTY dispositions. It's worse at night on the weekends. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE & check on your family daily

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
