My mom was there for two weeks post surgery and came home today. The staff was always nice and friendly, very helpful, everything was spotless. My mom and her roommate said everyone is ALWAYS that wonderful. My only complaint was when I called there on 3 separate occasions to ask questions for the nurse. I was told I would get a return call and only one out of three times did they return my call. So pretty much I give 5 stars for the service for patients but as far as family getting a return call, good luck.

Our brother July Vinuya needed a Rehab place, after discharge from hospital. He is rating Maple Manor Novi Rehab Center with 5 stars. Every thing from the doctors, therapists, nurses, caretakers, and employees are responsibly caring. The place is clean. The food is excellent. He started regaining his appetite, and this helps him to start eating well, again. Thanks Maple Manor people, and more power to Maple Manor. Happy Thanksgiving 2019!

Excellent, caring, professional facility. Highly recommend. I was so very lucky to be here. Each of the staff was so professional including each nurse and nursing aids. I was so comforted in the fact that they came immediately when I rang my bell. The food was delicious, with staff carefully following my allergies. Highly recommend going to mapple manor.

Can't get a return call from their admissions department. Left several voicemails over 2 days and still nothing. This department is either out to lunch, left early, in a meeting etc. People are concerned about getting their loved ones good care and this is ridiculous.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
