    A mainstay gem in the Rochester community serving seniors for over 31 years in a continuum of care from independent living to assisted living to skilled rehab. Wonderful food and wonderful staff!

    The staff is very kind and loving to the residents. Especially on the 2nd floor. It's very clean and decorated perfect for someone in that age group. Maintenance keeps up with building issues.

    I cannot begin to express the disappointment that has occurred in placing my uncle in this facility. I was completely transparent when moving him to this facility and with every challenge I discussed with their leasing manager I was told that they could meet his needs. After a year and a half of living there the challenges from Belbrook have been extensive. They act as though they have no responsibility for the outside resources that they allow to work in their facility and to care for their residents. When asked for support they say that they have services that are available to help with the challenging situations with regards to my uncle but once you leave the meeting the services are never produced. When you are paying $8,000 a month for an apartment and food through Belbrook and intermittent services provided by Homestead per month I would hope that they would be the professionals and I have yet to see that happen.

    Ive worked in the senior industry for over 13 years and this is one of the best communities Ive been in. The company I work for provides services here and we love working alongside the Bellbrook team. They are so caring and treat the residents as family. I highly recommend them.
