    HealthSource is a great place. I've worked for them since '2000. We have made so many changes to our building. It looks amazing. The Residents are happy and love the new building. The Nursing Staff and CENA's take such good care of the Residents. It's like a Big, Happy Family. Working for HealthSource has great benefits and oppertunities, too.     The conditions in this establishment are seriously lacking. Items were missing from the patients room purchased a day earlier. Either stolen by the employees or other patients that just walk into each others rooms. Either way down right sick and disgusting to steal from people to sick to take care of themselves. Drinks spilled all over the tables and floors in the group dining area. Patients sitting in their own urine because nobody working there pays attention when patients need to use the restroom. I would seriously investigate this facility before you leave a loved one here. I had to ask an employee more then once to take my mother in law to the rest room because she had to use it and finally a half hour later somebody came. The floor was sticky all over the room from things that had spilled. I even had patients begging us to take them with us when we left because they didn't want to stay there. One lady even looked as if she wanted to cry and used the term "dumped" off there by loved ones. It comes off more like a prison then a care facility. They have TV's and radios yet they are never turned on when I visit. I keep hoping the next stop will be better then the previous but yet when I arrive employees are he hawing around carrying on about personal things and what went on the night before instead of taking care of the patients. This may not be in the entire building however it is the section for patients suffering from dementia and alzheimer's. I am both appalled and disgusted by the employees at least in this section of the facility. If the workers do not want to care for the patients and keep their area clean for them they need new jobs. They make me sick from what I have witnessed these past few days. I wanted to knock them flat. It's no wonder people dropped off there never get better. If you really care about your loved one look into this place before leaving them. The employees try to put on a good song and dance when they don't expect you to pop in more then once in a week but overall none of them were there to work the few days I stopped in. They need more formal complaints. I even considered contacting WNEM TV5 news.
