    I've worked here for about 3 years and my team is more like family. A fun, energetic place and family to be apart of. Great opportunity comes with working here and every day is GREAT day when working at Caretel.

    My mom is in lot of pain from leg and hip.when she was in caretell they were giveing her pain pills.norco.when they let her out they sais she had 2 sheets of them.but they cant send them home with her have to throw away.so now even though she in pain and they had 2 sheets of them.she supose to eat tulenol like candy why they throw away the pain pills.that knowing caretell and lakeland she paid for.i might have to put my mom in a home because caretell and lakeland wont even help an old lady

    I know how hard it is to have a loved one live in asst living. But the staff at the rehab area and the assisted living both did an outstanding job taking care of my Dad. They were kind, considerate and cared for him well. My only suggestion would be to have someone give the family a short orientation session. We really didn't know what to do until a few days in. The rehab area could use a lounge area to get out of the room for a bit. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very homey, and the staff outstanding.

    The management is horrific. They are completely unprofessional and disorganized. They do not care about their patients and do not communicate with family members. When they are questioned about their ethics and professionalism there is no awareness that they have any of these issues. Staff do not follow through with what they say they'll do. To be completely honest I do not feel based on the management and care of some of the staff members that patients are safe in this facility based on their basic rights not even being met. There is no accountability whatsoever to any of these issues.

    My mother has been a resident of Caretel Inns for some time. We have found care for her to be very good, with assistants and nursing staff alike going out of their way to care for and be good to her. Caretel has truly become her home and over the years she has made many friends there.
