    The water bounce house is great ! The food was good and the fruit was fresh. The games were fun and I had a great time with my grandmother before the summer ended. It was well organized and staff was helpful and takes great care of my grandmother.

    This facility is great from the top down. The administrator is so kind and caring and that standard carries down to the residents caregivers. I would highly recommend this facility.

    My mother has been in the care of this facility for 4 days. It has been nothing but a nightmare. Waiting 30 to 35 minutes to get help to use the bathroom. Going all night being wet and not having anything cold to drink. My mother has end stage COPD when she wakes up in the morning she needs a breathing treatment right away because she can't breathe. The nurses are making her wait 45 minutes to get a treatment because they are short staffed. Not giving my mother a shower or personal hygiene. I'm talking to the administrator on .Monday and getting my mother out of that hell hole. After speaking with the proper people I'm hoping the care will improve.
