    I really enjoy being here. The staff has been nothing but nice to me. When I ask for help the staff is more than willing to help me. Especially Serran, she is just a kind lady! Everyone I have met who works in the offices always have a smile on their face. I feel at home here.

    My dad ended up at this dump because Beaumont down the street claimed he would get the physical therapy that he needed to be able to get around there. My dad was alert very talkative and ready to do physical therapy so he could come home. After being in that dump for just over a week my family has to decide whether to put my father in hospice or to just let him go peacefully now. If you really love and care for your loved ones DON'T send them here. My dad is unresponsive in the hospital now because of this place. They dont care for the people living there they only see pay checks. My dad was supposed to be there to get physical therapy so that he could walk but in less than 2 weeks my dad was back in the ER having CPR performed on him. The ER noted that my dad hadnt been bathed in a very long time and the man that shared a room with my dad at Regency told my mom that my dad had fell out the bed several times to the point that the staff just put a pillow under his head on the floor. If your family member isnt able to get around on their own they'll most likely die if left at Regency. This pathetic excuse for a nursing home killed my father.

    My father was here for a bit of time. They never once flipped him or moved him. He was paralyzed from the waist down along with him having diabetes and other medical issues. Being diabetic, he was more prone to developing bed sores. His weight dropped dramatically and his bed sores ate all the way to his bones. Needless to say, he passed away from a blood infection because of the bed sores. Never will I EVER suggest anyone put the lives of their loved ones in the care of this facility.

    I have worked at this facility for a little over a year, and I am beyond impressed with the staff that works in this facility. The nursing staff really does a great job caring for the resident's, making sure they are comfortable, and have everything that they need. Working here has been such a pleasure, and I hope to grow with the Olympia Group Company.

    After my mother and I expressed concerns over an issue the 2nd floor staff began to retaliate against her. They ignored her, denied her assistance. And started messing with her meds. I would not recommend bringing your loved one here for any amount of time.
